Donor FAQ

Q. What is Family Promise?

Family Promise’s mission is to help homeless and low-income families achieve sustainable independence through a community-based response. Through our Affiliates and partnerships in communities across the U.S., we work with families through prevention, shelter and stabilization services to keep families sustainably housed.

You can find out more about us by visiting our website.

Q. What is Coronavirus Emergency Relief?

An online giving event that provides Family Promise and its Affiliates the opportunity to raise funds for families experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Low-income families are some of the hardest-hit by the COVID-19 health crisis through the loss of wages, childcare, food, transportation, and more. Many are currently experiencing homelessness and others are at imminent risk. Our 200+ Affiliates are on the front lines, providing life-saving interventions that keep families together and healthy. Your gift today can help us provide, shelter, food, and emergency care for thousands of families nationwide.
